We have increased security for the event this year and, as such, you should expect the Welcome and Check-In process to take slightly longer than previous years. The Festival takes place at the HUB UW from 8:00am to 6:00pm on Sunday, January 14, 2024.  The HUB UW is closed to the public on Sunday and the only unlocked entrance is the North Entrance.  There should be greeters who will ask to see your ticket (electronic or paper) to ensure that everyone in the building is a registered participant.

Check-In is between 8:00am and 8:30am with the first session beginning at 8:45am.

If you arrive before 8am, you WILL be tapped to volunteer.  After all, volunteerism is a Limmud Value.

We want to encourage you to take public transportation such as the bus or the Link Light Rail.  Stops are within easy walking distance. But we realize that the cold-snap might make that a little less exciting so here are the two parking options near the HUB UW:

Lot N22 is the closest lot to the North entrance of the HUB UW and we are requesting that that be reserved for those who have mobility needs.

The Padelford Garage (N16 - N21) is the closest garage we are using.  Ignore the signs and park as close to the top floor as possible.
